Weekends, especially during spring and summer, are very busy. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. Weekday bookings are usually easier to accommodate.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for every booking.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks are not accepted.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. In some cases, arrangements may be made for payment at the event before services begin.

All sales are final. Once a performer is booked and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted.

A company credit may be issued and applied toward a future booking date.
Tipping is not required but is always appreciated, especially if the performer provides exceptional service or works with a large number of children.

We use professional, cosmetic-grade, skin-safe face painting products that are designed specifically for skin and wash off easily with soap and water.
Yes. Clients must provide 100% shade for the artist to work comfortably and safely. Natural shade from trees or covered areas works well.
Children under 2 years old will be assessed individually. Artists may begin with a small design on the arm or leg to ensure the child is comfortable.
No. Children under 12 months old will not be painted due to the sensitivity of their skin.
Our artists will do their best to paint all willing children. Some children may prefer designs on their hands or arms instead of their faces.
Yes. We use professional cosmetic-grade, hypoallergenic products designed for use on the skin.
Caregivers should inform the artist before painting. A sensitivity patch test can be performed if necessary.
Yes. Artists may refuse service to anyone with contagious illnesses, skin conditions, open wounds, or individuals displaying aggressive or abusive behavior.
No. Faces must be clean before painting. Wipes may be available for caregivers to use.
No. Artists reserve the right to refuse requests for offensive words, symbols, or imagery.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Products are lightly sanitized between events and thoroughly sanitized on a regular basis.
No. To maintain hygiene and safety standards, children and adults are not permitted to touch products or equipment on the artist's worktable.
